Returns or exchanges must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. We offer exchange or store credit only for all UAE/ASIA/US/AUS returns.
If an item has been sent back outside of this return time, we reserve the right to return the package back to you.
All items returned must still be tagged, in the original dust bag and in unworn condition, with no makeup marks or perfume/deodorant scent. If items returned to us do not meet this criteria, we reserve the right to fairly refuse a refund
Any items bought as part of an offer, sale, or clearence, are non-refundable or exchangeable.
It is strongly advised you send your item(s) back to us via a tracked service. If the package does not arrive back with us and you cannot trace its whereabouts, we will not be able to refund you.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please return within 7 days of delivery for an exchange where possible. If the item in question is out of stock, we provide exchange or store credit. 
Credit notes expire after 18 calendar months.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow extra dispatch time over launches or promotional events.
All duties and taxes are billed to the customer. We do not have any influence over the independant customs departments of your jurisdiction.
