Shipping

We offer UK 1-2 day delivery as our standard option. This is fully tracked. If you would like next day delivery, it is available upon request. Please make sure you email or WhatsApp us beforehand to check. We do not add this to the site as an automatic option to avoid disappointment - items have to be ordered before a certain time each day to be sent in time, and this is subject to change! Contact us for any assistance!

Returns

1) Visit our returns center

2) Enter your order number and email address to start

3) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

4) Once your request is approved (please allow up to 24 hours) you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

- Full priced items returned within 14 days from the date of purchase

- In unused and resellable condition (no makeup or scent marks)

- In the original packaging with all the tags intact, folded inside the dustbag(s)

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 4 days of the delivered date, then follow the return instructions as usual and submit via the returns centre. We will either send you a postage label or reimburse any return postage paid. Please note if we replace your item for any reason, the replacement is non returnable. If the item has been worn already, we offer an exchange or replacement only. 

Yes! You can submit an exchange request via the returns center and select which item/size you wish to swap. Once the exchange request is approved and we have then. received your item, the replaced item will be shipped to you automatically.

The following refund options are supported:

- Refund to the original payment method

- Refund to store credit (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. If declined, the item will be returned back to you.
