There is a 10 AED charge per item charge for each return, to cover the processing costs.
1-2 Days tracked is our standard option in Dubai
Same day delivery is only available if confirmed with us first - please email us! We do this to avoid disappointment, as there is a cut off point each day for same day delivery which can vary depending on how busy the courier is.
USA Express - 3-5 Days
AUS Express - 3-5 Days

How do I return?
1) Log into your customer account here:

3) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4) Once your request is approved (please allow up to 24 hours) you will get a confirmation email
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition (no makeup or scent marks)
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact, folded inside the dustbag(s)
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be refunded but are still eligible for exchange or store credit;
- Sale items
- Replacement of faulty items
- Replacement items of any reason
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 4 days of the delivered date. Please note if we replace your item for any reason, the replacement is non returnable.
Can the items be exchanged?
We provide free exchanges on all purchased items. You can select the item you want to exchange for via the returns center. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you automatically.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request via our returns center. Dubai orders will be collected from you free of charge
